Correct operation when using the cyclone:

1. Preparation before the cyclone dust collector starts

1) Check that the joints are securely connected.

2) Check the airtightness of the cyclone dust collector and the flue, the combination of the dust collector and the ash hopper, the ash hopper and the ash discharge device, and the ash conveying device to eliminate the phenomenon of ash leakage and air leakage.

3) Close the small flapper valve, start the fan, and open the flapper valve gradually after the abnormal phenomenon, so that the dust collector can pass the specified amount of dusty gas.

2. Technical requirements for the operation of cyclone dust collector

1) Pay attention to the changes in the wearable parts such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder.

2) Pay attention to the adhesion, clogging and corrosion of dust when the temperature of the dusty gas changes or the humidity decreases.

3) Pay attention to the change of pressure difference and the discharge of smoke color. Because the wear and corrosion will cause the dust collector to perforate and cause dust emission, the dust removal efficiency will decrease, the exhaust smoke color will deteriorate, and the pressure difference will change.

4) Pay attention to the air tightness of each part of the cyclone, and check the gas flow and dust concentration of the cyclone.

3. Technical work after cyclone dust collector operation

1) To prevent dust adhesion and corrosion, let the dust collector continue to run for a period of time after the dust removal operation, until the dust collector is completely replaced by clean air, then stop the dust collector operation.

2) Eliminate the dust attached to the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the blade, and remove the dust in the ash bucket.

3) Repair perforations caused by wear and corrosion if necessary.

4) Check the airtightness of each part and replace the sealing element if necessary.

5) The cyclone is routinely maintained in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual.
