Volatile gases produced by high temperature treatment of tires (mainly carbon black dust, particulate dust, toluene, xylene, trimethylbenzene, ethylbenzene, ethyl heptane, non-methane hydrocarbons, etc.), after being collected through pipelines, enter the pretreatment of the caustic washing tower ,in order to remove dust particles and sulfide gas. The organic waste gas is removed by photo-oxidation catalytic purification equipment, and finally exhausted through the chimney.
